Gilles Chartrand of the Clarence-Rockland Museum, located at 687 Laurier Street, is seeking twenty-some volunteers this summer. The work mostly consists of a presence, alone or in pairs, with or without the presence of the head. Teams of two are preferable for the abundance of visitors, given the 9 exhibition halls – one person should be at the reception, while the other handles accompaniment on the 2nd floor, and in the basement. Other tasks are available, such as classification of archives, description of items entries, in addition to documentation.
A schedule will be established as follows: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. For the weekend, there are shifts from 9:30 to 12:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. It would be possible to choose more than one period of attendance per week.
