From September 22 to October 15, 2023, individuals, groups and organizations will showcase their creativity as part of this national festival.
This year, we’d like to make Prescott-Russell’s involvement bigger than ever! There are many ways to get involved, and CAPRAC would like to support you in your planning to offer the community an eventful Culture Days! Whether you’d like to offer a workshop, organize an event, share your space, volunteer, or if you’re looking for partnerships, we’re here to facilitate connections and share resources. Try to prioritize accessibility and diversity in your programming.
September 30, 2023 is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This day is reserved for events that commemorate this day and honour Indigenous experiences, perspectives, and creative and cultural expressions.
Regional Hubs
Regional hubs are local partners who act as community leaders during the festival. They act as a bridge between the community and Ontario Culture Days. These organizations provide support for regional programming and also receive exclusive visibility on Ontario Culture Days platforms and other benefits.
This year, Prescott & Russell is a satellite hub for the Ottawa region. Don’t forget to let us know about your events once they’ve been registered, so we can add them to the hub and to regional programming!
Important Dates
- July 31 – Provincial deadline to register your event to benefit from all promotional advantages
- September 21 – National deadline to register your event
- Registered events can still be modified after the registration deadline. Register your events as early as possible and add/edit details later!
