Biography

It’s been about fifteen years now, with my first dab at oil painting. At the beginning, flowers, animals, peoples were my subjects, but mostly, I was thriving with challenges to capture a moment, a look or a feeling for my canvasses.

My painting style has changed in the last year or so. Being more grounded with my Metis origins, connected within myself, my creations have a first nation/metis flavor. They are based on the teaching of the Medicine Wheel, from which my intuitions are guides to my paintbrushes. Colors and subjects come to life from these intuitions to create unique painting every time
