Harvesting Creativity : Where Art Meets Agriculture

TERR-o-ART (from the French ‘terroir’) is an engagement initiative designed to bring together two valuable, natural resources of our region: agriculture and artists. The initiative aims to provide a weekly gathering opportunity to artists of all skill levels to co-create, in various natural settings in our rural region. The program will establish scheduled visits to local producers, farmers, and heritage sites offering participants a unique or exclusive vantage point of the landscape.  Sessions will include a short artistic presentation to maximize creativity!

These sessions are for:

Participants:

Creatives of all skill levels, all ages and all artistic disciplines!  Join us to paint, photograph, perform or compose in a unique natural environment. Exchange with each other and draw inspiration from the beauty of our region.

Are you interested in participating? Send us a message to receive updates on the program as they are released: info@caprac.ca

Presenters:

Each session will include a short 20 to 40 minute presentation or demonstration by a local artist, such as a painting demo, creative writing tutorial, short musical set, photography lesson, poetry reading, etc.
